Combining 12 variable speeds and a powerful torque-control motor, this 450-watt stand mixer provides superior mixing control and maintains speed regardless of the mixing load. The unit ensures thorough, even mixing by offering dual-motor three-way beating action where one motor drives the beaters, each turning in opposite directions, and a second motor drives the bowl. The bowl speed increases and decreases automatically as the beater speed is increased and decreased. Simply slide the bowl selector lever on the front of the unit to the left when using the small bowl and to the right when using the large bowl. For added convenience, the head and beaters are off-center to the bowl to make it easier to add ingredients during mixing, and the mixer's tilt-back head simplifies removal of the mixing bowl and attachments. The eject button, located on the top of the handle, releases the attachments for easy cleaning by hand or in the dishwasher.
