About the Artist:
Ann Testa resides in Orinda, and operates her studio from Berkeley, California. Engaged in ceramics since 1976, she initially pursued her studies at the University of California, Davis, and has since continued to refine her craft through various ceramics courses. As a founding co-owner of Davis Clayworks and a member of the Artists' Collaborative in Sacramento, Ann has left her mark on the West Coast art scene. She also boasts a juried membership at the Kiln Club's Scope Gallery and the Torpedo Factory during her stint on the East Coast. Presently, she's an esteemed member of the Berkeley Potters Guild. Ann's versatility spans from functional ceramics to the non-functional raku showcased on her website. Her works grace numerous galleries across Northern California, including the Pence Gallery in Davis, Valley Art Gallery in Walnut Creek, and Klein Gallery in Lafayette
