The three-piece set includes a lidded tureen and a matching ladle, all featuring a distinctive ribbed texture and a rich blue-green glaze with earthy brown undertones. The tureen's organic form, integrated handles, and carefully shaped lid with a serving notch highlight the potter’s attention to both form and function.
The underside of the tureen is signed “L. Aderhold 72”, a one-of-a-kind piece. The high-fired ceramic construction ensures durability.
