Lenox & Mauser Sterling Silver Demitasse Set – c. Early 20th Century
This elegant six-piece sterling silver and porcelain demitasse set features fine Lenox bone china cups paired with reticulated sterling silver holders and saucers by the renowned Mauser Manufacturing Company. The five porcelain cups are removable, adorned with a delicate gold rim, and bear the green Lenox wreath mark, indicative of early 20th-century production.
The six sterling silver saucers (3 1/4" diameter) and six sterling silver cup holders (2 1/4" height) are beautifully pierced, marked "STERLING" and feature the Mauser hallmark. The holders are further stamped "5740A." The saucers are monogrammed with the letter "B."
