The Beatles "White Album" 2xLP – 1968 Apple SWBO-101, Numbered, Complete Inserts
Original 1968 U.S. first pressing of The Beatles (aka The White Album), catalog number SWBO-101 on Apple Records. This iconic 2-LP set features the embossed “The BEATLES” title and stamped number 0764983 on the front cover—indicating its place in the earliest numbered editions.
This complete set includes both original LPs with Apple labels (green apple/sliced apple sides), the full suite of four individual glossy portrait prints, and the fold-out collage/lyric poster. Notably, the label misprints—unique to early runs—are present, confirming this as a Scranton pressing.
Musically diverse and conceptually bold, this album includes essentials like “Back in the U.S.S.R.,” “Blackbird,” “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” and “Helter Skelter.”
Condition:
In excellent overall condition. Both vinyl discs are clean and glossy with only faint signs of prior handling. Cover displays general shelf wear with light toning; rear has some storage impressions. John Lennon’s portrait shows a previously folded corner, now smoothed out. Please note tears along the bottom edge of the outer sleeve as shown. Inserts are well preserved and complete.

2 LPs
