Description

Vintage Kenmore 158.18150 Sewing Machine in Wood Cabinet — Tested, Rolling Base

This listing features a fully functional vintage Kenmore Model 158.18150 sewing machine, set in a beautifully crafted hardwood cabinet marked A171981. Likely from the mid-to-late 20th century, this setup combines durable mechanics with elegant, traditional design. The cabinet includes 2" turned legs and 2" original Bassick casters, allowing for easy repositioning.

Inside the doors you’ll find spool storage and two integrated drawers, while the exterior shows refined inlay work on the panels. The machine includes its original power cord, presser foot, and foot pedal (not pictured), and comes with vintage accessories including a Singer C867 scissors, a bobbin, and a three-piece Time & Worksavers kit.

This is a charming, collectible piece suited for both practical use and vintage display — a fantastic addition to any sewing studio or retro-themed décor.

Condition

Rated good, tested and fully functional. Cosmetically, the piece shows expected wear: scratches, surface scuffing, and finish wear, particularly on the top. The right cabinet door is warped but closes securely. All components are present and operational, with the foot pedal included but not photographed. We recommend servicing all used sewing machines before use to ensure optimal performance
