Our local friend and 1CaT sanctuary volunteer Maryann Bigelow donated this original matted watercolor painting that she has had for quite a number of years. Her husband’s uncle, Ivan L. Hall, has been an artist and an established part of the Roswell art scene for decades. Ivan has long helped and supported artists in the Roswell area, and often would buy and give away their art to friends and relatives. He was especially engaged in assisting up-and-coming artists. Ivan was a prolific painter for many, many years, but unfortunately, he no longer creates his lovely art. This is an original watercolor painting of a beautiful place on Mogollon Creek in the Gila Wilderness. It is one of Ivan’s favorite places to visit.
