YUM! Almost everyone who has tasted some of Kenna Leonard's scrumptious baked goods or fudge reacts with that word. Pastries, cupcakes, cookies, breads, pies, muffins, cake pops, macaroons, fudge, kolaches, something for just about anyone's palate. Tasty and tempting, sweet and scrumptious, whatever Kenna makes tastes great. Some days she even creates a few gluten-free options. Opening in early 2017, KennaBelle's Kreations Bakery at 308 Burro Avenue in Cloudcroft has been a huge hit from day one. Owner and baker Kenna is known best for her amazing and beautiful (not to mention delicious!) cakes, be it wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, or whatever occasion there is to be celebrated. KennaBelle's also has coffee, bubble teas, and soft-serve ice cream, among their many offerings. Kenna takes special orders for just about all of her yummy creations. (Confession: We are seen visiting KennaBelle's fairly often.) Our good friend Kenna was very kind to help 1CaT, and we are grateful.

About the Baker:

Kenna Leonard, Cloudcroft, NM

Kenna is a longtime resident of Cloudcroft, moving here when she was 11. She has been creating delicious baked goods for many years. Kenna took her first cake-decorating class in 7th grade, and was hooked! She LOVES to decorate cakes and cookies, and she always is up for as challenge. One of the most challenging creations for Kenna were macaroons, but she finally conquered them, and now they are a staple of the bakery.
