Description

This vintage Wedgwood trinket dish was given to Berle and Donna many years ago (1980s), and they decided that the classic piece needs to find a home where it will be used and enjoyed again. Created in England for centuries, the trinket dish is iconic Wedgwood blue jasperware. Wedgwood Blue is the company’s recognized signature worldwide. It was developed by Josiah Wedgwood in the 1770s. White clay relief decorations are produced in moulds and applied to the ware. This piece is embellished with a clay relief of Pegasus and The Muses. The estimated value of this vintage Wedgwood is $25.

Condition:
Good - some discoloration is evident on the blue dish, but doesn’t detract terribly from the iconic beauty of the trinket dish. See closeup photos.

Size:

~0.75" H X ~4.75" Diameter
