Copenhagen Denmark Corner Bookcase – Maker Marked, Modular, 48"H
A sleek and space-conscious corner bookcase by Copenhagen Denmark, model VS2036, crafted with signature Scandinavian modern styling. Finished in a warm teak laminate with curved shelf fronts and rich vertical grain, this maker-marked piece was originally sold as a floor model and manufactured in Denmark.
Designed with two fixed—but fully removable—curved shelves, the bookcase provides three distinct display zones: 23", 10.5", and 12" high, respectively. Its compact triangular footprint and fully finished back make it an ideal candidate for corners in offices, bedrooms, or reading nooks.
While offered here as a standalone bookcase, it was originally part of a modular suite and may also be used as an upper hutch with the matching Copenhagen corner desk (Lot F168).
Condition
In good condition overall with only minor signs of use. Light edge rubbing and small surface marks are present, but no major flaws. Structure is solid and clean; rear maker’s label is intact.
