This vintage stoneware coffee mug set by Mexican ceramicist Rodolfo Padilla features six hand-glazed mugs in a striking blue and beige drip finish. Each piece is uniquely crafted with embossed Texas-themed imagery—three displaying the Lone Star state silhouette, and three bearing a raised star emblem. The original wooden display stand is marked “Padilla – Made in Mexico.”
Made from high-fired stoneware, these mugs are known for their durability and lead-free, microwave- and dishwasher-safe construction. Padilla’s work is prized among collectors of Latin American and Southwestern pottery, celebrated for its bold glazes and folk-art influences.
Condition:
In good vintage condition with minor surface scratches from use. Glaze remains vibrant with no chips or cracks. Wooden stand shows light wear but remains sturdy and intact.
