Famille Rose Vases – China & HK Decorated, Set of 3, Mid-20th C.
A vibrant set of three mid-20th century porcelain vases in the classic famille rose style, including two Chinese export pieces and one marked “Made in Japan / Decorated in Hongkong.” These richly enameled vases feature detailed hand-painted scenes of courtly figures, butterflies, birds, and blooming peonies, framed by intricate scrollwork borders in rose pink, emerald green, and gold.
One vase is accented with applied gilt lion-mask handles, a nod to traditional Qing styling. The grouping highlights the diversity of export production from the post-war era, blending Chinese decorative themes with regional craftsmanship from both mainland China and Hong Kong workshops.
A striking decorative trio with crossover appeal for collectors of Asian export porcelain or mid-century hand-decorated ceramics.

Very good condition overall. Enamel colors remain vivid with only light surface wear and minor rubbing to gilded details. No visible chips or cracks; one vase bears felt pads to the base. Please see photos for detailed inspection.
