Description

Torch-Cut Brass & Copper Flower Sculpture + Iron Candelabra

Hand-welded from brass, copper and iron, this two-piece Brutalist table set dates to the 1970s and appears to be unsigned.

  • Flower sculpture – Torch-cut copper petals with heat-blued highlights rise from a slender brass stem. Three sweeping brass leaves form a tripod base, each edge neatly brazed and dappled by flame.

  • Candelabra – Five half-moon cradles, fashioned from curved iron rod and copper sheet, perch on spike supports and hold the included brown ball candles. The spiky “nests” echo mid-century organic forms while creating dramatic shadow play when lit.

Display the pieces together for a sculptural centerpiece, or scatter the candle picks along a dining table for atmospheric glow.

Condition

Good vintage condition with scattered patina, light wax residue and minor rubbed gilt on rod tips—age-appropriate wear, no breaks or repairs.
