Pair of Brass-Tone Cast Metal Eagle Wall Plaques
This pair of cast metal eagle wall plaques features a bold brass-tone finish and classic patriotic styling. The larger plaque spans nearly 29 inches across with dramatic outstretched wings, darkened accents for depth, and finely rendered plumage. The smaller eagle has a subtler patinated gold-tone surface with detailed featherwork and a compact form. Both are wall-mountable and made of non-ferrous cast metal, with surface wear. Likely mid-century or later in style.
Condition:
In good overall condition. The smaller eagle has a minor chip to the left wing and visible loss to the brass-tone finish. The larger plaque shows wear along the wing edges and other high points, consistent with age and use.
