Nationally know tile artist Amanda Jaffe created a narrative about daily life and hiking in Montana in this relief porcelain wall tile. At 44" long and only 7" wide, the piece is perfect to hang over a doorway, place above your mantle, or to grace a hallway. Look carefully for the bears along the meandering trail. Professor emeritus at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, where she taught ceramics from 1985 to 2011, Jaffe lives in Helena, Montana from July till October and spends the rest of the year in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Generously donated by the artist.
