Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Triple Shank Cuff with Kingman Turquoise
This vintage 1980s Navajo cuff bracelet is crafted in sterling silver and set with three natural Kingman turquoise cabochons. The stones exhibit rich medium blue tones with distinctive black matrix, classic to turquoise sourced from the Kingman Mine in Arizona. Each stone is framed in a hand-cut bezel and accented by twisted wire, stamped rosettes, and repoussé feather and leaf motifs.
The bracelet features a solid triple shank design, providing strength, comfort, and visual balance. The silverwork is entirely hand-forged with applied decorative elements—hallmarks of quality Navajo craftsmanship. Though unmarked, the design, construction, and materials are consistent with traditional Navajo work of the era, made for the Southwest trading post market.
The silver retains its natural, unpolished patina. No filters or artificial enhancements were used in the photos; this piece is presented as found, preserving its integrity and age. A bold, wearable cuff that exemplifies the enduring artistry of Navajo silversmiths.
Condition
Good vintage condition. Light surface wear and natural tarnish consistent with age. All stones are securely set. The triple shank is structurally sound and well aligned. Polishing has been intentionally left to the buyer. The opening may be adjusted slightly, though resizing by a jeweler is recommended to prevent stress on the silver.
