2011 United States Half Pound Copper Bullion Bar – .999 Fine Copper
This piece is a privately produced 2011 United States copper bullion bar denominated as a Half Pound and composed of .999 fine copper, as stated on the bar. No mint name or mint mark is present on either face, and the piece is not identified as an official product of the United States Mint.
One face is blank, displaying a smooth copper surface with visible striations, handling marks, and minor surface disturbances consistent with bullion manufacture and storage. The rectangular format features squared edges with slightly rounded corners.
The opposite face displays a flying eagle in left-facing profile, clutching an American flag, enclosed within a circular incuse field. Below the central motif appear the inscriptions “2011,” “HALF POUND,” “COPPER,” and “.999 FINE,” followed by “U.S.A.” flanked by five-pointed stars. All inscriptions and devices are executed in raised relief against the copper field.
