Vintage Habersham Plantation Signed Pine Trestle Breakfast Nook (8/88)
Made by Habersham Plantation—the revered North Georgia workshop known for hand-finished furniture signed by its artisans. The table is maker-marked underneath, and the trestle base is hand-inscribed “8/88,” tying the set to Habersham’s late-’80s production when custom painted finishes were a hallmark of the brand.
Solid knotty pine rectangular top over a shapely trestle base held with wood pegs and through-tenon style joinery. Four matching ladder-back chairs feature carved wheat-motif slats, handwoven rush seats, and approx. 1.5" turned legs—a classic farmhouse profile with practical comfort.
Condition:
Good overall with honest signs of use: scratches, scuffing, and finish wear/loss (notably to base). Surfaces show natural knot character. Sturdy; rush seats intact. See photos.
