Terri Dennis “Antelope Shaman” 1999 Wall Sculpture — Copper & Mixed Media
Original wall sculpture by Terri Dennis, titled “Antelope Shaman” and dated 1999. This mixed-media work features hand-tooled and tinted copper inset into a sculpted stone-textured surface, created using the artist’s distinctive multi-step process. The design depicts a stylized shamanic figure with antelope horns and spiral motifs, inspired by ancient petroglyphs and primitive art forms. Signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artist’s Phoenix, Arizona studio is included.
Dennis’s art merges fine art and anthropology, drawing from global ancient cultures to produce contemporary interpretations of ritual and spirit imagery. Each of her works is individually sculpted and hand-finished, ensuring that no two pieces are identical.
