Servolift Eastern Model 655 Commercial Freezer

Industrial-grade Servolift Eastern Model 655 commercial refrigerator/freezer. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, this robust, chest-style unit is designed for long-term institutional and commercial use.

Features include dual sliding stainless steel top lids with recessed lift handles, a Serv-O-Lift Corp. analog thermometer (temperature range –40°F to +60°F), and a vented lower compressor compartment for air circulation. The unit rests on heavy-duty casters for mobility and stability.

This model was originally engineered for storage and display of prepackaged or bottled products only, as specified on its data plate. It operates on 115V / 60Hz / single-phase electrical service, rated for 5.0 amps, and requires a 15-amp circuit. Factory-charged with R12 refrigerant (10.0 oz) at a high-side test pressure of 235 psi and low-side test pressure of 140 psi, the system is UL Listed for commercial refrigeration and/or freezer use (UL File No. 2525).

Condition
Removed from a working environment. Displays surface wear, scuffs, and dings consistent with institutional use. All structural elements intact; sliding lids operate smoothly. Marked “Recovered R12 – 10 oz, 07/09/25 SVS” on side panel. Functionality untested; offered as-is for restoration or parts. Plug is damaged and needs to be replaced.
