Stanley Furniture Hall Chest — 6 Dovetail Drawers, Wrought Pulls, Distressed Walnut
This Stanley Furniture Company hall chest is constructed of wood with six dovetail drawers arranged across three tiered rows, each fronted with raised molded panels. The top row carries two shallow drawers fitted with ornate knob pulls; the middle and lower rows each hold two deeper drawers with rope-twist bail pulls. The warm honey-brown finish features intentional distressing and dark accent glazing at edges and recesses. The case stands on square bracket feet connected by a wrought iron stretcher bar centered with a woven medallion.
CONDITION Very Good. The case presents well overall with all six drawers sliding cleanly and all hardware intact. Light scratches on the top surface and light scratches and scuffs on the legs; no remarkable damage elsewhere.
