DESCRIPTION
A substantial club chair by USA Premium Leather Furniture Co., a Salt Lake City manufacturer handcrafting leather seating since 1989 and sold through authorized retailers including RC Willey and Miskelly Furniture at new prices ranging from $1,249 to $1,599 for comparable chairs. The frame is built from kiln-dried domestic hardwood with corner-blocking, and the seat rides on true 8-way hand-tied coil springs — each coil individually secured by hand in eight directions, a labor-intensive construction standard that resists sagging and outlasts machine-tied alternatives. The upholstery is all-leather throughout — no vinyl or split leather on the backs or sides — in 100% top-grain aniline-dyed hide sourced from free-range Argentine cattle, uncorrected and unsplit, producing the natural pull-up finish and two-tone tobacco brown character visible across the piece. Generously rolled arms are outlined in antiqued brass-finish nailhead trim, the seat cushion is removable, the back cushion is zippered and fixed, and the chair rides on dark espresso-stained turned bun feet.
CONDITION
Good. The chair retains its structure and shape with no failing seams, exposed foam, or loose joints. Noticeable surface scratches are present across multiple exterior arm panels — most concentrated on the rear left arm — along with minor scuffs to the bun feet.
