Bronze Girl on Fence Sculpture, Verdigris Patina — "CH M Art," Marble Base
Cast bronze figurative sculpture depicting a young girl seated atop a rustic two-rail fence gate, wearing a headscarf and pleated dress with a pronounced verdigris patina on the bodice and skirt contrasting against a warm brown ground. Detail work is strong throughout — lace-trimmed sleeves, buckled boots, and a finely textured woven basket resting on the naturalistic base below. The fence rail bears an incised mark reading "CH M Art," consistent with late 20th-century decorative bronze production. The figure is mounted on a polished black marble oval base with a separately cast bronze socle and green felt pad on the underside.
CONDITION Good overall with stable patina and strong casting detail throughout. Chipping present along the bottom edge of the marble base as shown; surface scratches visible on the base.
