Hand-Carved Pine Hutch & Sideboard — Sun Face, Forged Iron Hardware

A two-piece hand-carved pine hutch and sideboard in Mexican folk art style, executed throughout with bold relief-carved sun face motifs on every cabinet door and wave-and-scroll carving on drawer fronts and aprons. The sideboard base offers four drawers above four cabinet doors, each opening to a fixed-shelf interior. The hutch upper features four glass-paned arched doors beneath a serpentine crown, with a fixed open display shelf separating the glazed cabinet from the sideboard top. All hardware is forged iron with fleur-de-lis pulls and strap hinges. The solid wood paneled back is finished on both pieces, and the unit separates cleanly into two sections for transport.

CONDITION Fair. The piece is rustic by design with intentional hand-tool texture throughout the carved surfaces. Chew and claw marks are present on the upper front corners of the sideboard. Structurally sound; all doors and drawers functional.
