Irish Blackthorn Shillelagh Walking Stick with Knob Handle
Traditional blackthorn walking stick formed from a single gnarled branch, finished in a glossy black lacquer that highlights the natural knotting and bark texture along the shaft. The root-burl knob handle retains its warm reddish-brown tone, polished smooth from use and contrasting sharply against the ebonized stem.
Fitted with a ribbed rubber ferrule at the foot for grip. Unmarked, consistent with hand-finished Irish or Irish-style examples of the type.
CONDITION
Good. Lacquer finish remains glossy and intact across the shaft with the knob handle showing honest patina. Rubber foot ferrule is cracked.
