Avocado Green Pressed Glass Chip & Dip Set with Footed Bowl & Bracket
A bright pressed glass entertaining set in the unmistakable avocado green that defined 1960s and 1970s American tablescapes. The lot comprises a large three-footed serving bowl with deeply scalloped petal rim and starburst base, a smaller scallop-rim dip bowl, and the original gold-tone wire bracket that suspends the dip bowl over the larger bowl's edge. Paneled sides and crisp pressed detail are consistent with patterns produced by Indiana Glass, Anchor Hocking, and Hazel Atlas during the era — unmarked, as is typical for someproduction glass of this period.
The gold-tone wire bracket is present and functional, an element often missing on comparable sets reaching the secondary market.
CONDITION
Very Good overall. Color is rich and saturated with excellent clarity and no cloudiness, and the pressed detail remains crisp throughout. Inspect images closely for any chips, scratches, or wear; sold as-is and in-person preview is encouraged.
