Nambé Classic #579 Polished Alloy Dish, 1967 Design with Original Box
A sculptural Nambé Classic dish in the maker's signature high-polish alloy, model #579 with a 1967 copyright mark to the underside. The form reads as a stylized nautilus or wave: a shallow circular well with a single raised, swept lip that catches and warps reflected light. Cast and hand-finished in New Mexico, the piece carries the recognizable Nambé Classic foundry stamp.
Includes the original Nambé presentation box, the Studio & Design catalog, and the Product Care & Use booklet.
CONDITION
Excellent. Minor shelf wear consistent with display, with no remarkable damage to the polished surface. Original box shows light handling wear.
