A complete Sherle Wagner bathroom suite in the iconic "Water Lilies" pattern, hand-painted in Italy for the celebrated New York luxury fixture house. The oval ceramic basin is finished in deep cobalt with sweeping green lily-pad fronds, a central lotus blossom in soft pink, and a pair of yellow butterflies flanking the drain. The scalloped, fluted rim carries the same cobalt glaze and lends the basin its signature sculptural silhouette. The underside bears the blue stamped "SHERLE WAGNER ITALY" mark; the drain is engraved "Sherle Wagner New York."

The lot includes the matching faucet set — two cobalt porcelain lever handles painted with lily pads and blossoms, fitted to chrome bases with ribbed and beaded detailing — plus the associated spout assembly, valve stems, mounting hardware, and connecting fittings, totaling 11 pieces. Founded in New York in 1945, Sherle Wagner International became synonymous with the most opulent American bathrooms of the postwar era: hand-painted porcelain, gold-plated brass, and semi-precious stone fittings specified for penthouses, hotels, and yachts. CONDITION

Good overall with signs of previous installation use. Mineral deposits and patina present on the chrome and brass hardware components. Plaster residue along the underside rim of the basin from prior mounting. Glazed surfaces of the basin and handles are intact with no observed chips or cracks to the painted decoration. Hardware is sold as salvage for restoration or installation and has not been tested for function.
