Sentry 1150 Fire-Safe Insulated Chest with Keys, UL Class 350
A Sentry Model 1150 portable fire-resistant chest in the familiar putty-colored textured shell with a black polymer front handle-and-lock housing. The molded body carries the Sentry flame logo and model number cast into the handle panel, and both keys are present on the original split ring with the "FIRE-SAFE" fob. A recessed carry handle sits behind the lock for easy transport.
The interior bears the original Underwriters Laboratories classification label — Insulated Filing Device Class 350, File No. R-4132, rated 350°F for ½ hour — designed to protect paper documents from heat damage. A black security-tie strap tethers the lid to the base. Compact enough for a desk drawer or closet shelf, these chests remain a practical way to safeguard passports, deeds, and vital records.
CONDITION
Very Good with minor indications of use. The lock housing shows light scuffing, and there is a small nick to the textured finish on one top corner. Both keys are present and the lock operates.
