Culver 22K Gold Cannella Highball Glasses, Set of 8, 1960s–70s
A complete set of eight Culver Ltd. highball glasses in the Cannella pattern, the New York maker's signature cane-weave motif rendered in fired 22-karat gold on clear cylindrical glass. The gold decoration wraps the full exterior in an interlaced lattice of octagons and crosshatching, leaving open windows of clear glass that catch the light. Flat base, no applied foot, unmarked underneath — consistent with standard Culver production.
Culver Ltd. built its reputation from the 1950s through the 1980s on gold-decorated barware that defined mid-century American entertaining, and Cannella remains among the most sought patterns for collectors of the line. Complete matched sets of eight carry the strongest demand; these show even gold coverage across all pieces.
CONDITION
