Solid Oak Territorial-Style Side Tables, Set of 3 — Saw-Tooth Carved Apron
A matched set of three solid red oak end tables built in the Territorial idiom, each identical in scale and detailing. The rectangular tops carry a beveled edge above a shaped lower apron with cutout bracket feet, and the defining feature runs along that apron: a crisp dentil-like saw-tooth carving that sets these apart from plain Mission-revival production work. Straight square legs and honest joinery give the group a grounded, sturdy stance. The finish is a medium honey-amber that shows the oak's open grain across every piece.
The saw-tooth apron aligns with the Territorial and Santa Fe decorative taste that ran through New Mexico interiors from the 1980s onward — a vocabulary of squared forms and carved trim rooted in the region's adobe-and-timber building tradition. As a trio of identical tables, the set flexes for flanking a sofa, bracketing a bed, or stacking utility across a living room where uniformity does the work.
CONDITION
Very Good and sturdy across all three. Solid oak throughout — no veneer or particleboard. Minor handling marks and light finish variation consistent with age and use.
