A tall footed compote in 24% lead crystal by Towle, made in the Czech Republic and marked on the base with the Towle oval and "Made in Czech Republic / 24% Lead Crystal." The wide, shallow bowl flares to a deeply scalloped rim, each lobe filled with a radiating fan cut that catches and throws light across the surface. A columnar stem carries a crosshatched diamond pattern that transitions into swept fan cutting where it meets the flared circular foot.
The proportions favor drama over utility — the broad dished top makes it a natural centerpiece for fruit, florals, or a bare-table statement.
