Danish Modern Teak Bookcase with Five Adjustable Shelves
A tall Danish-made bookcase in warm teak veneer, its clean-lined case topped with a subtly rounded cornice edge that reads as more refined than the mass-market shelving of the same era. The open front holds four adjustable, fully removable shelves above a fixed base, backed by a matched teak-grain panel that keeps the interior looking finished from any angle. The underside is stamped MADE IN DENMARK, confirming Danish manufacture.
Built of composites and veneers in the practical Scandinavian tradition, this is the sort of workhorse casegood that anchored a study or living room through the 1970s and 80s.
