Sanitation runs on the Monarch silver-ion cartridge system. Hardwired 230-volt, 50-amp service with GFCI subpanel.

The lot includes the fitted brown vinyl cover, PivotPro cover lifter, two-tier composite step, corner pillows, and the original owner's documentation packet with manuals, papers, maintenance schedules, drain/startup instructions, and electrical documentation.

CONDITION
Fully operational — heater, pumps, jets, controls, and lighting all function, with the spa running and heating to 108°F at the time of photography. The cover vinyl is in good condition with some light fading and surface wear on the top panels, and the control panel bezel shows staining and finish wear.
