Copper & Brass Two-Handled Urn Vase with Flared Brass Collar & Base
A tall two-tone vessel in polished copper and brass, its tapered body rising from a wide flared brass foot to a broad brass collar at the mouth. Two brass carry handles are riveted to backing plates at the shoulder, and a matching handle plate sits on the reverse. The contrast between the warm copper body and the bright brass fittings gives the piece a strong Art Deco-era profile, well suited to display as a floor vase or umbrella stand.
The interior shows aged, darkened copper with scattered patina and staining, consistent with age and prior use. The exterior has been brightly polished. Handle mounting is functional and securely riveted. A decorative object with genuine presence at scale, it reads equally at home in an entryway or beside a hearth.
CONDITION
Good. Polished copper and brass exterior with a dent and light scuffing noted; no remarkable damage. Interior shows darkened patina and staining from age and use. Handles are secure.
