Mechanical:
10/10 Excellent - All systems are in good working order and perform as intended.
Air conditioning works great and will run off a 30A 110V outlet. Plumbing is in good condition, refrigerator is ice cold.

Interior:
8/10 Very Good Everything is good condition with signs of normal wear and use.

Exterior:
7.5/10 Good - Signs of use and storage. Some fading to decals, roof is in good condition. Fine scratches, scuffs and other indications of wear and use. Awning material is functional, but worn and will require replacing.
