Description

Stanley Mid-Century “Mr. Dressing Chest” – 760-13, Brass, Mirror, 10 Drawers

A handsome mid-century modern gentleman’s chest by Stanley Furniture, model 760-13, part of the coordinated "Mr. & Mrs. Dressing Chest" series, produced circa 1960s. This versatile piece features ten dovetail drawers, including a felt-lined, divided jewelry valet in the third drawer. The double-door cabinet opens to reveal three fully adjustable shelves, brass hanging hooks, and a built-in adjustable mirror.

Crafted from solid wood and veneers with a Masonite back, the chest showcases warm walnut grain patterns and retains its original brass hardware. The clean, angular lines and subtle detailing exemplify the refined craftsmanship for which Stanley was known during its mid-century design peak. Ideal for stylish storage in bedrooms, dressing rooms, or vintage-inspired interiors.

Condition:

Good vintage condition with signs of use throughout. There is scuffing and surface wear consistent with age. The right rear corner has a 1.5-inch chipped section near the base.  Original key is not present. Interior mirror and adjustable components are intact and functional.
