Pakistani Hand-Knotted Mori Bokhara Rug – 3’2” x 5’5” – Late 20th C.
Hand-knotted in Pakistan using the traditional Mori weave, this late 20th-century “Bokhara” rug reflects the intricate geometric motifs associated with Turkmen designs. Its deep indigo field is accented by repeating octagonal and diamond medallions in soft rose, ivory, and muted gold tones, all framed by richly patterned borders. The wool pile offers a soft yet durable texture, ideal for both decorative display and everyday use. Measuring 3’2” x 5’5” (55" x 38"), it is perfectly sized for an entryway, office, or cozy nook.
Condition:
Good overall with signs of use. Small stain at the upper left, as shown, with no noticeable odors. Colors remain vibrant, and fringe is intact. As with all our rugs, we recommend professional care from our friends at Fiber Care.
