Canon AE-1 35mm SLR Camera Kit with 3 Lenses, Speedlite Flash & Accessories
Complete Canon AE-1 35mm film SLR kit assembled by a working enthusiast over years of use. The chrome-and-black AE-1 body (serial #4999395) carries the JCII Passed inspection seal on the prism and mounts a Canon FD 50mm 1:1.8 standard prime lens made in Japan. The kit expands with two additional zoom lenses, a Canon Speedlite flash, a darkroom blower-and-reel accessory, and a stack of original documentation covering the body, lenses, flash, and filters.
Released in 1976, the AE-1 was the first SLR with a microprocessor-controlled shutter — a watershed moment for consumer photography that put accurate shutter-priority automation in reach of anyone with a paycheck. More than a million sold in the first three years; the AE-1 became the camera that taught a generation how to shoot 35mm. The lens roster here covers the practical working range from wide-normal through medium telephoto.
CONDITION
Good overall with scuffing, finish wear, and age-appropriate signs of use across the kit. Untested — no batteries installed and no functional verification performed. Optics on all three lenses are clear. The smaller Sears zoom shows a visible repair or separation on the barrel grip with adhesive residue beneath the rubberized texture. Maker marks present throughout. JCII Passed seals intact on body and Speedlite.
