Shop Fox W1667 8-1/2" Oscillating Benchtop Drill Press, 1/2 HP
Shop Fox W1667 benchtop oscillating drill press, manufactured March 2020 for Woodstock International. This compact 1/2 HP machine combines standard drilling with an oscillating spindle feature, allowing the bit to move up and down through a 1/2" stroke for sanding drum work and smoother bore finishes. Five-speed pulley system covers 620 to 3,100 RPM, with a tilting cast-iron worktable, 1/2" keyed chuck, and rear-mounted single-phase induction motor.
Tested and working through its full speed and oscillation range. Includes the original chuck key, two pairs of rubber spindle/table washers, and the factory hazard and instruction decals remain legible on the head. A practical shop tool suited to small-parts drilling, hobby work, jewelry and woodworking — the oscillating function is the differentiator that sets this model apart from standard benchtop presses at the same price point.
CONDITION
Good and fully functional. Light surface rust to the column and table; cosmetic scuffs and shop wear to the painted castings consistent with use. All controls operate smoothly and the motor runs cleanly.
