Pair of Mission-Style Slat-Back Side Chairs
A matched pair of Ashley Furniture dining side chairs in the Hammis pattern (model D310-01), finished in a dark walnut-tone stain with cushioned faux-leather seats in black. The tall backs feature six gently curved vertical slats joined to a shaped crest rail, drawing from Mission and Arts & Crafts furniture vocabulary in a streamlined, contemporary silhouette. Square tapered legs and a clean apron complete the form.
The seats are upholstered in black vinyl over polyurethane foam padding, set into a wood frame for easy use at a dining table, desk, or kitchen counter. Manufacturer's labels are intact beneath the seats, identifying Ashley Furniture Industries, Arcadia, WI, with production in Vietnam dated March 2017.
CONDITION
Good overall. Light wear to the finish at edges and feet consistent with household use; faux-leather seats show minor surface creasing but no tears or splits. Frames are sound and stable.
