1CaT (1 Cat at a Time) Art & Other Cool Stuff Fundraiser Auction #2 Active (#21474078)

100% of proceeds from this auction benefit 1CaT (1 Cat at a Time), our Cloudcroft, NM nonprofit feral cat TNR/rescue program. We physically trap cats, and loan traps and give instructions to trappers, who deliver cats to our wonderful Cloudcroft veterinarian, Dr. Jennifer Green, to whom we are extremely grateful for spaying/neutering. Ferals are returned to the area where they were trapped. We, Berle & Donna, now run a sanctuary in an old home. Our efforts began in November 2010 when we saw a starving 3-month-old kitten, which we caught, and called him Einstein because he was smart enough to let us grab him. Donations to 1CaT, along with sales of donated merchandise, keep our efforts going. We greatly appreciate all the support for 1CaT that we are receiving with this auction. We are extremely grateful to all who donated to this auction. A big shoutout to James and Steven for the use of their website and expertise (and Allie!) to help charities. Most of all, thank YOU, the prospective bidder, for making this auction possible!

Pick Up Details: 

Pickup will take place at our gift shop/gallery Off the Beaten Path in Cloudcroft. If you will be visiting Cloudcroft anytime soon, we happily will hold your winnings for pickup. Otherwise, we either will mail what you bought, or for larger, heavier or bulkier items, we MAY be able to arrange transport of your winnings from Cloudcroft to you. Transport is preferable to shipping, especially with larger items that would be pricey to mail, and bulky or fragile items. For arranging transport, we might simply ask for a small donation to cover the time cost of the transporter — still much less than the cost of mailing. If you prefer us to mail your selection, the quoted postal rates may be higher than the actual rate, and postage may be adjusted after actual cost is known.

We are open every day through the summer. Regular shop hours are 10:30-4 Monday-Saturday, and 11-4 Sunday. Please make an appointment for after-hours pickup. Our shop landline number is 575-682-7284, or you can text or call Berle at 575-491-0898.

Payment Options:

If you are the winning bidder and if you are amenable, we will ask you to pay the 10% fee that this website charges. So that 1CaT benefits even more, we would prefer that you pay with cash or check when pickup occurs. We take Venmo through our shop, and that could be an option, as well. We prefer to NOT take credit or debit cards to avoid the processing fees incurred when using cards. If using a card is your only option, we will charge the 3.5% to cover the card processing fees.
